So, after re-entering all my voice binds, my config somehow went back to one
I haven't had for like 6 months.

I think this happens when I crash the program for whatever reason that happens.
I will try some of the responses, IE Duo's autoexec idea.

My point was that you're using faulty logic to twist someone's words to construe something totally different.

I don't think Steve Carell is funny. From this, you deduced that since Steve Carell stars primarily in comedies, that I must not enjoy any comedy actor/film or whatever.

This is a prime example of the use of a hasty generalization, which is essentially a misuse of inductive reasoning. You took one detail and applied it to a more global statement, and somehow assumed it'd be true as well. In hindsight:
