Some fag named desann came into impulse today during a pug and was joining and wouldn't spec when told to. Then he started calling votes for CTF(which I thought Kera had fixed, but apparently it still fucks up on restart). We were calling votes to kick him but he said "i can do this all dy [sic]" and kept reconnecting. We said he would get banned and he said "care." Can we ban this retard?
