rS has made siege more active but also more nub.
I remember when pugs used to have more good players than bad ones and you would either do 4s or just get a shitty nub or 2 per team. Now nubs outnumber everyone and siege sucks balls.
Can we stop letting shitties into the siege community?

Well I thought you guys were going to train them, but it doesn't look like that has been happening. You guys should have some one-on-one or small group lessons with the noobs.

No one has potential. I look for who has potential or they are not worth my time. The only person I saw with potential went AFK.
Siege is 90% teaching yourself anyways.

Aries has potential, but isn't on frequently. Unusually Large Rock and Wajeemba both have potential, but don't pug frequently. Scrootie has potential.
