LOL DJ just looking at a picture won't give you any indication to how smooth it will run.
What are the specs?
(And gateway has a respectable balance of durability vs customer service vs parts etc)

Late post, but I really, really, really hate Radeon cards.
Nvidia is way better.
BTW- Good choice with Sony, I have a Vaio and it's the uber shit.

I used a Radeon X800 pro for years, it was amazing.
It is the 9800 and earlier generations that were shitty. I actually had one of those too before my X800, and it burned out. Gbob's 9800's heatsink completely melted off.
One of my family members has an HD Radeon 3860 or something and that is doing fine so far.
Right now my Nvidia GTX 280 is fucking beast though. I can't wait to get back to it.
