Like I said, Turkey and Duo are the only two people who I have actually gotten numerous complaints about rage-quitting/rage-afking/rage-speccing/rage-reconning, that's why it only applies to both of you.
Perhaps if you don't get banned too often due to this new rule, after a month or two I can lift this rule entirely, and siege can return to normal.
