Ok, here are my decisions on the server going into 2011.
These rules will be added to the official Impulse rules after I receive everyone's input.
1. If you start a pug and do not finish, you are banned for the rest of the day (until midnight).
2. If you captain, you must continue with the pug. If you spec/disconnect or refuse to capt after a capt duel, that is an infraction of rule #1, and you will be banned for the rest of the day.
3. You must be unaliased for capting and team selection. If you intentionally pretend to be another regular sieger to cause imbalanced team selection you will be banned for the rest of the day.
The only exception to rules 1 and 2 is if EVERYONE playing the pug knows someone is going to leave in a few minutes, and they choose to start the round anyways and will accept the consequences (perhaps a sub is ready or something)

1. What if I have an emergency, something really important? Will you ban me because I have more important things to do? That's not fair.
2. I'm pretty sure Archi convinced you of that but don't believe him. I only did that once. Once! And I have an explanation for the other time when Archi said I was joking. We weren't being serious and I wasn't really the captain.
Shame on you, Archi. I thought you understood why I joined the spectators after I discussed it with you. You didn't have to complain to Guardian about it.

Too many dudes rage and reconnect and it's time that it was a punishable offense.
If you have some real emergency, then a ban for the day won't hurt you.

Yeah piipe, I didn't even have you in mind when I made was thinking about all this. If you have a real emergency then talk to the admin that banned you via xfire, I'm sure he won't be unreasonable about it.
