Seconded that.

Also, you're last point about keeping the teams if they are balanced seems to make pugs more efficent, and less time consuming. +1 Vote on that also.

As for stacked pugs I like having a 20 min offense or def because i like long pugs/more siege,althoug some people get annoyed when they hardly accomplish much. And I think it would really make pugs more fun for most players when both teams have a realistic chance of winning.
For this to happen,I assume it would take the majority of the people to take the Initiative.
So it's really up to the crowd...I guess.
