Mr. Kill/Padawan/Riddick/etc

Last night about 5am eastern time, this dude kept connecting under different names so we wouldn't think it was the same guy. He would join and try to attack as many people as he could before we votekicked him. Was clearly aware of the rules due to the MOTD and the fact that we were all shouting at him to go spec and calling votes to kick him. Clearly does not care about ruining pugs. Is there any reason this dude shouldn't be banned?

MR. KID and MR. KILL are basically partners in crime, they both join live video game pickup games and they ignore the emerald/cyan text in the video game when we tell them to join the team of observers.

Archi apparently felt the need to do sv_fps 1 with rcon when duo and jakab were about to capt, but apparently didn't see fit to ban this dude :/

You seem to keep ignoring the fact that I don't know the new rcon pass and could not have done such even if I wanted to....which I never would, of course.
