I think you people are just deliberately targeting Magyk over one issue because there is nobody else to target.

I personally haven't really been keeping up with this (last thing I remember was Magyk's siege hiatus thread because ET's server sucked, which has since been addressed), but historically we pretty much let anyone in which is what I think is causing all of the controversy.

And to be fair, we originally did used to have clan votes but since they always passed and there were too many applications coming in we gave up on them.

If you have a better idea for a fair way to evaluate his application then by all means feel free to post it, our ears are open!

I like the idea of a clan vote that is exclusive to people who actual play the game, have the opportunity to meet and evaluate applicants, and will have to deal with those players on a daily basis in both pub and pug. As Ramshi has so obviously pointed out, these asshats are largely supporting this applicant to spite me despite there being absolutely zero logical reason for his acceptance, or even a reason to support him at all.

We have had this same problem before with Kerafym (and I think tensor too) in Silver Absolution's application thread way back when. Applications should be left up to ACTIVE players. If you want a say on who gets into the clan, play the game and actually support the clan.
