When I turned on my laptop about 10 mins ago it had a blue smiley face thing in the top left corner, this happened before even the loading/starting windows screen came on and nothing else happened just this blue shit on my screen.
Now it seems to take longer to turn on (no innuendo).
I took some pics on my phone I will upload them if it will help.

Can you log into safe mode via the boot menu? If so, do that and run the antivirus again. If all clear, I say you're fine.
