i got this, cant figure put how to create custom kill messages. i wanna add some humour to my siege game.

Just download the x86 graphic/command line version, even though it says trial you don't actually have to ever end up paying for it.

Hehe.. I remember editing those strings back before my long break. That was when I tested loads of different mods as well. The positive thing is that you could make the messages from trip mines and golan blobs different.
