I'm considering getting a tablet pc for notetaking, and I am curious to hear both thoughts/opinions and recommendations.

I haven't used one to date =/ wish I could be more helpful, but it really just boils down to specs and what you want out of it, just like any laptop.

I used a pocket PC for a bit. Mostly has a digital check book, since the jan never really picked up and not much software was produced for the Windows OS on the device. I found a pocket quicken and a couple games, but was really disappointed in the lack of software availability. I would recommend upgrading your cell phone to accomidate for your note taking. You would find yourself putting it to yews more often.

I've never used one, but I always thought they looked kind of... uh, breakable. xD

Aye, just for class and homework so I don't have a crapload of sheets of repetitive math problems lying around everywhere.

Haha pizza I used to have a Palm Zire 72, but kind of gave up using it as an everyday device.
