Blue smiley face - WHAT THE FUDGE?

When I turned on my laptop about 10 mins ago it had a blue smiley face thing in the top left corner, this happened before even the loading/starting windows screen came on and nothing else happened just this blue shit on my screen.
Now it seems to take longer to turn on (no innuendo).
I took some pics on my phone I will upload them if it will help.
Scanning the laptop after I post this.

Me watching porn doesn't really explain why it happened once and appears to have corrected itself now.
Scanned all my shit and found nothing, but I have been downloading music lately.
Gonna refrain from logging into my bank and stuff for a while.

Corrected itself? Odd...Maybe your antivirus took care of it? But yeah, don't log into vital stuff until you're certain you're in the clear.

Checked all my antivirus stuff it tells me everything is fine, just a blip?

Can you log into safe mode via the boot menu? If so, do that and run the antivirus again. If all clear, I say you're fine.
