Previously I've always had a particularly strange issue with the hoth map. It seemed that for some reason every time i go to the last objective (specifically on the final approach to the command room) whether on offence or defence JAMP.exe would crash. Had that issue about 2.5 yrs ago when i got this computer. Don't know what happened but about 4-6 months later it magically fixed itself and i've been playing happily for this entire time.

Just recently reimaged my comp due to virus infestation. Reinstalled JKA from the disk, 1.01 patch, JA+2.4Build7, loaded my classbinds, whoraclescope, Jerks ESM8.4 and..... i can't get into the command room anymore.

Any ideas on wtf this is?

i have never heard of it but unless you typo'd it ja+ 2.4 is the server side version (which includes the client side plugin) if you don't need the server features get the client plugin only (1.4 build 4)

(i think ja+ has some sort of cc lame prevent system? maybe that makes you crash )
but other than that i have no idea...

Nope, still not working, uninstalled, reinstalled JKA, base only no JA+. Hoth CC still crashing.

Updating my video drivers now. reimaging rolled them all back.

Issue solved. The old video driver was the thing that kept screwing things up. Updated drivers don't cause JAMP to crash. Reinstalling that CCC was a absolute pain in the ass especially since CCC setup.exe always defaults to the wrong folder name.

I was today in tempest and i crashed in cc... never happened to me before... updating catalyst atm
