Call for a Ban: Padawan (7) / Flyer

I would like to call for a ban on the player Padawan (7) on the grounds of:

- Hoth lift laming (not applicable to calling the lift up if reborn boss is trying to escape the data room)
- Drop mines at lift from top,(because is impossible to offense team get there if someone just camp there)
- Spam hangar door with a heavy weapons and a tesh giving him ammo
(^All rules straight from the Tempest rules.)
- Potentially hacking the server.
- Abusing Admin (Using powers that may have been illegally obtained (see above.)
- Demeaning various players, particularly those that are members of rS.

Ramshi, Ceasar, Sonic, and Pipe can back me up on all counts.

After breaking rules, I warned him numerous times about getting kicked. Finally, after he continued to break rules, showed hostility towards a number of people in the server, and logged into Council admin with no rhyme, reason, or explanation I kicked him on the grounds that he may have illegally obtained the password. (This may be a bit of a technicality, but I did warn him about breaking other rules in addition to this.)

He promptly returned to the server and banned me. At which point one of the other admins kicked him apparently.

I would like to call for a ban of this player, or at the very least the immediate revocation of his admin.

My story:

He comes into Tempest on Korriban. He was playing as Padawan (7). We asked him to unalias, but he didn't. He made referrences to how he's a decent pugger and all that. Then he said, 'sk if needed' during intermission to his team (where even if you team talk, everybody sees it).

In Hoth, he starts saying how he can kick all our asses (that might be exaggerated). When its his team on defense, he starts midget spamming, lift dropping (all those that Magyk stated above). We warn him, but he starts complaining that we never warned our team about midget spam (which as far as I know, we never did). He continues shittalking, complaining, demeaning *rS! clan etc.

Finally, after continuous offenses, Magyk decides to kick him. However, he reconnected, and about 10 seconds later, Magyk was kicked, and apparently banned from Tempest. Padawan (7) then disconnected. (He was not kicked by an admin as far as I know).

Depending on who this person was, I would like to back Magyk in either banning him or stripping him of his admin.

OK first i completely back magyk in the matter.

So it all start on Korri. This one dude shows up and immediately begins to tell us that we are nothing in comparison to him. According to him he is a better jan than magyk so he continually tells us we are crappy jans. Thats when it all started. From there everyone practically wanted him kicked he was just a disturbance. We began hoth as the defensive team and the trouble escelated from there. Padawan(7) thought we had no skill in the matter so he takes it upon himself (after loosing to us) to
- Hoth lift laming (not applicable to calling the lift up if reborn boss is trying to escape the data room)
- Drop mines at lift from top,(because is impossible to offense team get there if someone just camp there)
- Spam hangar door with a heavy weapons and a tesh giving him ammo
(^All rules straight from the Tempest rules.)
- Potentially hacking the server.
- Abusing Admin (That may have been illegally obtained (see above.)
- Demeaning various players, particularly those that are members of rS.

after being warned many times by me, magyk, ramshi, and baconister he shows no signs of yielding. We had several players asking for kick. Magyk eventually kicked him, keep in mind he was warned at leat 6 times. After being kicked he comes back and bans magyk. Then he disconects to avoid being banned himself. GUARD!AN rid the siege world of him please.

I'm not certain pondrous wombat was baconister but I'm pretty sure he was. However, I don't think he was logged in as admin.

And for the record, I was originally against kicking him at all. I didn't think that spamming a few doors was enough to kick someone. The other dudes informed me that his forms of spam were against Tempest rules - I double checked this myself to confirm it - and then warned one last time. At this point he started to get particularly derogatory towards everyone on the opposing team and in rS. I kicked him on the grounds that he was logged in to admin, and refused to tell anyone who he was or un-alias. This may be a bit of a technicality, but he had been warned for countless other things. He wasn't behaving like anyone that should be given council admin, I can tell you that much.

An unban would be appreciated.

Also for the record, pada aliasers are another one of my pet peeves. At least have the decency to yews a name. And if you're gonna talk shit while aliased, you're an even bigger coward than a usual aliaser.
