I have a friend who goes to school free-ride, payed for by a machine products company in my State. In addition to the full scholarship, he also got a full-time job from them producing weapons parts for the military, and they've already guaranteed him promotions once he graduates.
It's actually kind of total bullshit, because he didn't do anything in high school, but damn he knows his way around machinery.
