Honestly I think J3rk's maps are quite good.
I don't consider Nar Shadaa much better than most of J3rk's maps. In my opinion Duo did the right thing to get it off the ground though. At the time of Nar Shadaa's release, Duo was the unofficial pugmaser and started a bunch of pugs on it and got people used to the map and playing it regularly.
If people played J3rk's maps more, I think they would realize that they are equally well designed. Whoever is starting the pugs these days ought to learn from Duo and better choose what maps to start the pug on
