I'll be getting a new mic (or headset or something) and vent around new years prob, soon as I get some decent cash flow.

I think, perhaps, it's worth giving these guys a bit of a break when it comes to raging at their mistakes. Just let them know what they have to do rather than groaning about it. They'll pick it up soon enough.

Nobody's ever learned by blissfully being unaware that there's even a problem. If you think everything's just fine, you're going to continue to make mistakes.
I personally believe only girls let little things like "how polite is the person criticizing me being?" get in the way of improving myself. If I'm making mistakes, and someone's explaining that mistake to me, I don't care how many times they tell me I suck or call me a fucking idiot, I'm going to listen until I get it.
I realize some people are little girls who like to wear dresses and sip from tea cups with their pinkies out or whatever, so I guess for them it makes sense to be polite or whatever. I just don't see the point in ignoring good advice because someone doesn't respect me. Respect should be earned, and you don't earn it by sucking.
