This would probably actually be pretty easy. I know you can have differences between client and server map files because there's anti-lame versions of maps which have, for example, a crusher flag set on all of the doors (this prevents greening). You could likely set additional triggers as well which would make the doors green when certain objectives are completed or certain other conditions are fulfilled.
