Duo/Archi if you see this soon can you unban him? I can't do anything while at work, the proxy settings and firewall block me from any kind of remote server management (ftp, telnet, etc) for obvious security reasons.
Worst case I'll come take a look in a few hours when I get back home.

You just change his ip on the ban list to 0.0.0.0

And replace X.X.X.X with the person's IP
