Not sure if the same admin passes apply to teacup (correct me if im wrong GUARD). Filtering out troublemakers shouldn't be a problem if same admin passes work. They are all on tempest anyway.
As for the problem before, I wasn't there (I left cause there wasn't gonna be a pug game), so i dunno what happened there anyway. Suggesting this to avoid a future problem.
