I can't say I'm an expert on the powers of the US president but I'm pretty sure they have the right to veto legislation, command the armed forces and pretty much control foreign affairs. @Duo, can we implement some voting system that requires x% of the server to be ingame before a vote-map is passed? That's probably a bad idea since about 50% of server freaks turn up just to spec.
